Using Kestrel

You may use Kestrel to run agents on repos you own or are allowed to work on. You are responsible for what your runs do and for reviewing pull requests before you merge them.

Your content

Your code, tasks and memory stay yours. You give us only the rights we need to run them for you.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the period.

Fair use

Don't use Kestrel to attack systems, mine cryptocurrency, or get around rate limits. We may pause runs that do.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on Team and put it in writing on Enterprise. Scheduled maintenance is announced on the status page.

Ending

You can cancel at any time from settings. We may end an account that breaks these terms, with notice unless the breach is serious.

Kestrel
